Being away from your home with the comfort of knowing, that someone is taking care will ease your mind. We can be the sole key holder for your property and ensure your keys are in safe hands at all times until you are back.

We carry out an internal and external security and maintenance inspection according to your schedule (from daily to monthly) and are able to address immediate problems and resolve them quickly. We check that appliances are working, including the toilets and waste systems, and we check for leaks, storm damages and any pest infestation.

We will ensure that when you arrive all the appliances have been turned on including hot water, fridge freezer etc and fill your fridge with all the food items you wish, if needed.

We can help you in dealing with local utilities and other suppliers.
